Course Content
This course aims to provide students with a foundational understanding of law and basic juridical culture. Students will learn to recognize and interpret different types of legal norms, understand key legal institutions such as patrimony, ownership rights, obligations, and contracts, and analyze juridical relationships and legal liability. The course emphasizes the relevance of these concepts in both everyday life and the business environment.

By the end of this course, students will be able to:
Define and explain fundamental legal concepts, including the notion of law, legal norms, and the rule of law.
Analyze the structure, characteristics, and application of legal norms, including their entry into force and cessation.
Describe and evaluate juridical relationships, identifying parties, content, objects, and juridical facts.
Understand the concept of patrimony, including real rights, receivable rights, and assets.
Explain ownership rights, their limits, legal regimes, and the processes for acquiring or terminating public ownership.
Identify and categorize obligations and contracts, understanding their sources, definitions, and classifications.
Recognize the principles, conditions, and categories of juridical liability, applying them to relevant scenarios.
