Learning Outcomes

From the perspective of their various stakeholders, organisations need to develop effective and efficient management systems that enable better resource management and an integrated, flexible approach to responses, particularly with regard to customers, employees, and the community affected by their activities. Such systems provide an integrated view, enabling organisations to fulfil their mission. The learning outcames are the capability to conduct internal audits to verify the adequate implementation, maintenance and improvement of the system, in order to generate relevant information for management and thus enhance the desired effectiveness and efficiency.
